R. Crumb, an American illustrator and founder of Underground Comix, is recognized for his satirical images depicting mainstream American society.  He recently collaborated with Vans Vault on a pair of  Authentic One Piece LXs. R. Crumbs illustrations cover the heel and mid panel which come in powder blue.
