Bodega and Converse collaborate on the Poorman Weapon sneakers seen here. This sneaker has undergone a mutation of sorts and has been transformed into a high top sneaker that can be rolled down as well as a canvas upper and deerskin lining.
The addition of deerskin leather is an added feature that adds a lot of value to the sneaker. Deerskin leather is frequently used in motorcycle gloves and contains a distinct fiber structure that alternately keeps you warm or cool.
This shoe is being released Saturday March 13 at Bodega and will come in a custom ballistic nylon case lined with shearling. An etched flask will be included for those over 21 years of age. This pack retails for $120, is limited to 100 sets and contains all the elements necessary for surviving the long winter and wet spring.
