Mad Decent Block Party Philly Info

 

This year’s Mad Decent Block Party will be taking place at The Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing (important this is NOT the Festival Pier area of Penn’s Landing). Great Plaza is an separate open air plaza with tiered levels along the Delaware Riverfront. It is sometimes referred as the “River Stage”. Again it is not at Festival Pier, please do not go there!

The main entrance to The Great Plaza is located on Chestnut Street (just east of Front Street). You’ll walk up a small bridge and the entrance gates will be directly in front of you (the bridge is directly above Columbus Blvd / Delaware Ave).

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED. Security will be on hand and the entrances checking all bags, purses etc. Please save us the time and do not bring any outside food or beverage as it holds up the admission lines.

We are offering 30 limited “VIP Tickets” which guarantees you entry into the Block Party, no waiting in lines (you come up right to the front of the line), access to the elevated VIP viewing area with all of the performers and artists and most importantly FREE DRINKS (beer, red bull etc) for the entire day. The VIP tickets are $50 and can be obtained HERE!!
