This week marks another retail venture for Japanese lifestyle brand http://uristocrat.com/author/admin/page/179/. Several years ago, its http://uristocrat.com/dui-arrests-2012/ store in Central was the start of an Asian-centric retail expansion. While the Central store was recently closed — deemed a surplus to its larger Wan Chai location — a new space has opened up across Victoria Harbour in one of Hong Kong’s most iconic hotels, The Peninsula Hong Kong. As a premier destination for travelers, the opening of F.I.L. Peninsula offers shoppers the opportunity to shop a curated selection of visvim product alongside some of the world’s most well-established fashion houses and jewelry brands. For some time, many consumers had long associated visvim with streetwear, or more accurately in recent times high street. Yet the positioning of the brand within the confines of Hong Kong’s only legacy five-star hotel would suggest the brand sees itself as much more than the backpacks and FBTs many early adopters gravitated towards.
F.I.L. Peninsula officially opens for business on December 22, 2012 in the shopping arcade of The Peninsula Hong Kong.
