Christopher Raeburn 2013 Spring/Summer “DEPLOY” Campaign

http://uristocrat.com/2012/12/a-trak-featuring-juicy-j-jim-jones-flatbush-zombies-el-p-flosstradamus-piss-test-remix/ – the English designer who has been credited as a pioneer for his use of re-appropriated military garments in contemporary fashion – launched his 2013 spring/summer collection with a new campaign. Entitled “DEPLOY,” the campaign explores the theme of flight in Raeburn’s garments. The promotional video for the campaign finds a young man in an open plain, accompanied by two owls. All of the imagery, while ostensibly disconnected, parallel rather nicely; Raeburn’s use of heavy drapery this season, in addition to the movement of the owls and the natural sway of the background, all contribute to a certain flow that reinforces the thought behind the collection. Look for Christopher Raeburn’s collection to hit retailers soon, as well as his dui listings arrest.
