Tom Brady has a new super healthy limited edition cookbook and it comes in at $200 cookbook.

According to a post that the New England Patriots quarterback posted to Facebook, the cookbook is a “living document” that contains “information about [Brady’s company TB12’s] nutritional philosophies and a library of 89 seasonally-inspired recipes.”

The cookbook features 89 seasonal recipes — including avocado ice cream — and information about his nutrition plan. The manual costs $200 and features laser etched wood covers. It’s bound using screws so that recipes and other material can be added.

The laundry list of things the pair are not allowed to eat includes white sugar, white flour, MSG, coffee, caffeine, olive oil, iodized salt, fungus, dairy and nightshade vegetables (read: tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant etc.).
