We featured the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 (IV) – Draft Day a few days ago and thought they would be exclusive to Footlocker’s House of Hoops, but have gotten word that they can now be purchased at retailers worldwide. They sport a white leather upper along with purple and orion blue accents, which match the Charlotte Hornets jerseys, the team that originally drafted Kobe Bryant back in 1996.
The Nike Dream Season looks like it will be Kobe Bryant’s next signature shoe, and as more colorways show up, the more we learn about them, as well as what Kobe fanatics think about them. This time around we have a new colorway to feature. It sports a predominantly black leather upper along with white and purple accents. Other features include Nike’s Zoom Air technology, as well as Kobe’s signature on the heel. Look for them to hit retailers this upcoming Fall. Via FlightClub.
The Nike Zoom Kobe 4 (IV) has been seen in a plethora of colorways, and although we’ve seen pictures of new Kobe Bryant signature shoes slated to release sometime in the future, these are still receiving lots of attention.
For those of you that don’t know, Kobe Bryant was born in Philadelphia, and the shoes pay homage to his hometown. They sport a patriotic design, consisting of a blue / red /white color palette, Other include a reflective star pattern on the ankle collar, splashes of patent leather, Flywire technology, and 8-23-78 on the sock-liner, which is Kobe;s date of birth.
