Action Bronson is releasing the second colorway of his Baklava x New Balance 1890 collaboration on February 6, 2026. The "Hornet Tusk" follows the initial release of "Cyborg Tears" in January.
The 1890 silhouette represents New Balance's introduction of a new performance-lifestyle model, with Bronson serving as the lead collaborator for the shoe's debut. The design features teardrop motifs around the forefoot and heel, rooted in 2000s-2010s running shoe aesthetics, while maintaining distinction from similar models.
The "Hornet Tusk" colorway features a white mesh base with beige leather overlays that resemble a hornet's nest. Neon green ABZORB pods are embedded in the midsole, providing visual contrast and performance cushioning. A golden yellow heel counter completes the color scheme, with two-tone rope laces and a translucent "BAKLAVA" tongue badge.

The shoe uses New Balance's ABZORB cushioning technology, with a sculpted midsole and a grippy outsole. The 1890 is built on the original 2002 platform from 2010, New Balance's premium Made in USA running model from that era.
Early access for the Baklava x New Balance 1890 "Hornet Tusk" begins February 5 at 10 AM ET via specializinginlife.com, with wider release on February 6 at 10 AM ET. Retail price is $210.
