The Air Jordan 3 "Brazil" releases Friday, May 16, 2026 for $225, style code IV4871-400, through SNKRS and select Jordan Brand retailers. Racer Blue nubuck upper with Lucky Green and Varsity Maize accents, elephant print overlays on the toe and heel, Lucky Green on the top eyelets, Nike Air heel branding. The colorway is pulled straight from the Brazil national team's away kit history — Jordan Brand's first product release under its new partnership with the Brazilian Football Confederation.
The shoe
Racer Blue nubuck is the base — a departure from the white leather that has carried most of the storied 3s — with elephant print at toe and heel keeping the Tinker Hatfield blueprint intact. Lucky Green sits on the top eyelets and tongue Jumpman, Varsity Maize handles the lining and accents. The Nike Air heel branding stays. Black midsole, white outsole. It is the most colorful AJ3 OG construction Jordan Brand has put out in years.
Why now
The CBF partnership is the bigger story here. Jordan Brand has been deliberately expanding past American basketball — PSG, J Balvin, Travis Scott globally — and locking in Brazil is the largest football market they have ever attached to the Jumpman. The May 16 drop is timed ahead of 2026 World Cup qualifying chatter and the runway into the tournament. The Air Jordan 3 carries it because the 3 is the silhouette Brazilian sneaker culture has historically embraced hardest. Jordan Brand also dropped the "World's Best Dad" AJ3 on the same day — making people choose between two stories in the same silhouette is its own kind of flex.
SNKRS at 10 a.m. ET. The football kits follow.
