Caitlin Clark Posts Third 30-Point, 10-Assist Game in Fever's 114-106 Win Over Sky

Caitlin Clark posted 32 points and 10 assists in the Fever's 114-106 overtime win over the Sky on June 11 — her third career 30-point, 10-assist game, and, with Aliyah Boston's 34, the first 30-point double-double duo in WNBA history.

Caitlin Clark Posts Third 30-Point, 10-Assist Game in Fever's 114-106 Win Over Sky

Key Points

  • Caitlin Clark scored 32 points with 10 assists in a 114-106 overtime win.
  • It was her third career 30-point, 10-assist game; everyone else has four combined.
  • Clark and Aliyah Boston became the first 30-point double-double duo in WNBA history.
  • The win moved the Indiana Fever to 7-5 on the season.

Caitlin Clark does not need a signature performance to move a record anymore; she does it on the way to a Wednesday-night win. In the Indiana Fever's 114-106 overtime victory over the Chicago Sky on June 11, Clark put up 32 points and 10 assists — her third career game with at least 30 points and 10 assists, a line the rest of the WNBA has produced four times combined in the league's history.

The line

Clark's 32 and 10 were only half of it. Aliyah Boston added 34 points and 12 rebounds, seven of them offensive, and the two became the first teammates in WNBA history to each record a 30-point double-double in the same game. Chicago made them earn the overtime: Sydney Taylor scored 30 off the bench and Skylar Diggins scored 21, including a late three that forced the extra period, before the Fever pulled away.

The record in context

The 30-10 game is the rarest line in women's basketball, and Clark now owns three of the seven that exist. It is the same statistical territory she has been rewriting since she arrived — in May she set the WNBA's career record for 20-point, 10-assist games. The difference now is that she is pulling a co-star into the record book with her.

Where the Fever stand

The win moved Indiana to 7-5 and dropped the Sky to 1-7 over their last eight. The Fever were sold as a two-star team built around Clark and Boston; a night where both clear 30 is the version of that team the franchise has been waiting for. The rest of the league now has to plan for both of them at once.
