COMME des GARÇONS HOMME's New Balance ABZORB 2010s

COMME des GARÇONS HOMME brings its restrained touch to the New Balance 2010 — one of the most credible new NB silhouettes in years — arriving in grey and cream for Spring/Summer 2026.

COMME des GARÇONS HOMME's New Balance ABZORB 2010s

The new CDG HOMME x New Balance ABZORB 2010, expected this Spring/Summer 2026, follows a lineage that includes the 610, the 550, and now the 2010 — New Balance's newest 99X-era lifestyle model. CDG's take arrives in two colorways, grey and cream, both built with premium nubuck overlays over mesh underlays. Branding is minimal by design: a small New Balance logo, a small COMME des GARÇONS HOMME mark. That's the entire intervention.

The 2010 itself is worth understanding before discussing what CDG does to it. New Balance introduced the silhouette last year as a contemporary homage to the legendary 900 and 1000 lines — ABZORB cushioning intact, proportions generous but not cartoonish, materials focused. It had a strong debut with Ronnie Fieg's KITH launch and has been quietly building as one of the more credible new NB silhouettes in recent memory. It's a model that rewards attention to construction without demanding it.

The grey and cream colorways are genuinely versatile — the kind of shoes that work equally well off the runway and on the street, which is harder to pull off than it sounds. The price will likely land north of $200, consistent with previous CDG x NB releases. The retail path runs through New Balance directly and CDG stockists.
