The ideal technical leader would be a versatile and highly motivated technology partner to join the founding team as a core collaborator in developing a personalized decision-support AI bot. Key Qualifications
• Technical Background
• Strong experience with AI/ML, Python, and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on practice in building prototypes, MVPs, or full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with integrating APIs, natural language processing, and user personalization techniques.
• Product & Research Aptitude
• Capable of conducting technical and competitive research to validate product ideas.
• Comfortable collaborating on business model development, go-to-market strategies, and customer discovery.
• Can quickly experiment and iterate on technical solutions based on early user feedback.
• Startup Mindset
• Resourceful and proactive; able to function with ambiguity and limited resources.
• Communicates clearly across technical and business domains.
• Willing to take ownership, work independently, and adapt to evolving priorities.
Ideal Experience
• Previous work in early-stage tech startups or as a technical cofounder.
• Demonstrated portfolio of AI-driven or decision-support products.
• Understanding of privacy, ethics, and data security in AI applications.
Role Responsibilities
• Lead technical research and rapid prototyping of the personalized AI decision bot.
• Partner with the founder to shape the business plan and product roadmap.
