It does not get much bigger than this. A World Cup semifinal in the afternoon, the MLB All-Star Game at night, and a pair of WNBA games in between. Spain and France meet at AT&T Stadium with a place in the final on the line, then the best players in baseball take over Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
World Cup today
- Spain vs France (3:00 PM ET, FOX). A semifinal at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. France arrives in form off a 2-0 win over Morocco, with Kylian Mbappé up to eight goals this tournament and the side chasing a third straight final. Spain counters with the defense that has carried a 37-match unbeaten run, plus a late Mikel Merino goal that edged Belgium 2-1 in the quarterfinals. La Roja are one win from their first final since 2010.
Marquee: MLB All-Star Game, American League at National League (8:00 PM ET, FOX)
The Midsummer Classic lands at Citizens Bank Park, and the host Phillies get to show off. Cristopher Sánchez starts for the National League, the first Phillies pitcher to start an All-Star Game since Roy Halladay in 2011, and he does it on his home mound (per MLB.com). Dylan Cease goes for the American League. Kyle Schwarber leads off for the NL in front of his own crowd, Mike Trout heads up the AL order, and Juan Soto, Freddie Freeman, and Bobby Witt Jr. fill out a card that is stacked end to end. Home-field energy and a favorable line make the NL the side to back.
Vegas line (DraftKings): National League -135, American League +100. Total 7.5 runs. The NL is a 1.5-run home favorite.

- Washington Mystics at Toronto Tempo (7:00 PM ET, NBA TV). Toronto's expansion season keeps drawing eyes, and the Tempo (10-13) host a Washington side sitting just above .500 at 11-10. Two teams within a game of each other, both fighting to hold their spot in the playoff race.
- Portland Fire at Connecticut Sun (11:00 AM ET, WNBA League Pass). The other 2026 expansion club, the Portland Fire (10-13), visit a Connecticut Sun team that has slid to 5-18. A morning tip and a get-right spot for Portland on the road.
