Division Series weekend kicks off today, and four games tip off between 1pm and 8:30pm ET. The headliner: the Braves and Dodgers open the NLDS at Dodger Stadium, a rematch of last year's rivalry with a twist, Tarik Skubal is now wearing Dodger blue.

Marquee: Braves at Dodgers, NLDS Game 1 (4:00pm ET, FOX)

The Dodgers traded for Skubal midseason and he's rewarded them with exactly the kind of start they wanted him for, six innings, one run, seven strikeouts in his Dodger debut back in the summer. He gets the ball for Game 1 against a Braves lineup that beat LA three straight times in a thrilling late-August series. Atlanta hasn't named its Game 1 starter. Books have the Dodgers as sizable home favorites, and the total suggests both bullpens will be tested late.

Vegas line: Dodgers -173 (ML), -1.5 on the run line (-102); Braves +1.5 (-119). Total: 8.5 (over -105 / under -115). Via ESPN.

Also tonight

  • White Sox at Guardians (1:00pm ET, TBS/truTV). The early window belongs to the ALDS. Chicago's rotation has to figure out Cleveland's deep bullpen, and the Guardians get to open a playoff series at home for the first time in years.
  • Yankees at Rays (6:30pm ET, TBS/truTV). Gerrit Cole takes the ball for New York in Tampa Bay. The Yankees have won their last two meetings with the Rays, and Cole's postseason track record is exactly why the Yankees lean on him in Game 1 spots.
  • Padres at Brewers (8:30pm ET, FS1). San Diego sends Robbie Ray to Milwaukee to open the nightcap. The Brewers have the better record and home field, but the Padres have been the league's hottest team down the stretch.

Four series, four Game 1s, and by Sunday night we'll know who's already playing from behind. Check the tiles above for live status as first pitches approach.
