KidSuper x BAPE STA World Cup Pack Releases June 11 at $350

Key Points

  • Releases June 11, 2026 at $350 per pair in unisex sizing.
  • 48 total colorways, one for each qualified 2026 World Cup nation.
  • Ten country pairs drop first; the remaining 38 arrive via pre-order.
  • Designed by Colm Dillane's KidSuper with BAPE; the ten launch pairs were each modeled by an elder.

The World Cup is the biggest branding canvas in sports, and BAPE just claimed a corner of it. On June 11 — the day the tournament kicks off across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada — KidSuper and BAPE release a World Cup pack built on the BAPE STA, with one colorway for every one of the 48 qualified nations.

The full set is 48 pairs. Ten drop first on June 11 — Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Ghana, Spain, Japan, France, England, Mexico, and the United States — at $350 each in unisex sizing. The remaining 38 follow by pre-order in the coming weeks, sold through KidSuper Studios and select BAPE retailers.

The STA as a flag

The BAPE STA has always been Nigo's riff on the Air Force 1 — the same low-top shell, redrawn with the star and patent-leather sheen that made it a hip-hop staple in the 2000s. Wrapping it in national identity suits the silhouette: people already read it as status, and a country's colors turn a familiar shoe into a jersey for your feet.

Colm Dillane's hand

The KidSuper signature is in the presentation. Each of the ten launch pairs was modeled by an elder from its country, styled in culturally specific settings rather than on a teenager in a studio. That is the Colm Dillane move — KidSuper built its name on storytelling and runway theater, not just product, and pointing a World Cup capsule at grandparents instead of influencers separates it from a straight licensing grab.

The crowded field

BAPE is one of many chasing the tournament. Nike, adidas, and a wave of designer collaborators are all racing capsules to the World Cup, and BAPE itself has a busy summer — its mismatched adidas Adizero EVO SL lands June 27. At $350 and capped by nation, the KidSuper pack is the collector play in the bunch: small per-country runs, built for the fan who wants their flag and not just the logo.
