Nike will release the Zoom Kobe 1 Protro "81 Points" on January 22, 2026, marking the 20th anniversary of Kobe Bryant's 81-point game against the Toronto Raptors in 2006.

The sneaker features a white leather upper with purple and gold accents referencing Los Angeles Lakers' team colors. Purple appears on the ankle collar and midsole sections. Black detailing includes the Nike Swoosh branding. The Protro version includes updated performance technology: Cushlon foam midsole, full-length Zoom Air cushioning unit, carbon fiber shank plate, and refreshed traction pattern.
The insole references four cities—Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, and Denver—connected to Bryant's scoring performances.
