Product Manager — Footshop

Footshop is a European sneakers and streetwear retailer spanning 30 domains in 26 languages. As Product Manager on the customer-facing team, you own problems end to end on a small team with no narrow specializations — finding growth opportunities and turning hypotheses into measurable impact.

  • Company: Footshop
  • Location: Hybrid — Prague, Czech Republic
  • Compensation: Competitive
  • Type: Full-time
  • Closes: July 7, 2026

About the role

The north star is margin per session, driven by four levers: conversion, cart value, loss reduction (returns and uncollected orders), and repeat sessions. The roadmap covers AI-powered vector search, listing personalization, cross-sell, smooth checkout, localization across 30 markets, and a mobile app.

What you'll do

  • Identify growth opportunities and formulate hypotheses with measurable impact
  • Work with data (typically via AI tools, not necessarily SQL)
  • Design solutions — prototypes to validate hypotheses and specs for developers and designers
  • Shepherd projects through production, then measure post-release impact and iterate

Your profile

  • Product management experience, ideally in e-commerce
  • Comfortable retrieving and analyzing data independently
  • Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and frontend/backend
  • Daily proficiency with AI tools like Claude or Gemini; experience (or appetite) for building custom automations (N8N, Make, MCP/API integrations)
  • Self-directed, strong communicator, team-oriented
