Tyler, The Creator and Converse Revive a 1970s Runner With the 1908 Jogger, Dropping April 7

Tyler, The Creator and Converse are back together, this time digging into the brand's 1970s running archive for the 1908 Jogger, a slim retro silhouette that hasn't had much attention until now. The collaboration drops April 7 via Converse.com and select retailers in four colorways: Green Glow/Nutria, Foggy Dew/Mirage Gray, Yarrow/Plume, and Cameo Blue/Deep Dive.

The construction is two-toned throughout — suede overlays, woven nylon paneling, breathable mesh lining — with GOLF le FLEUR* branding on both the medial and lateral sides, a classic woven Converse tongue label, and two sets of laces included for customization. The approach is consistent with what Tyler and Converse have been doing across their ongoing partnership: take a shape that most people haven't thought about, give it considered material and color treatment, and let the silhouette do the work. The 1908 Jogger is thin and low-profile in a way that suits the current moment in footwear, which favors restraint over bulk.

MSRP is still listed as TBC. If the previous Tyler x Converse drops are a reference point, expect these to fall in the $120-$150 range.
