Return Policy

At Uristocrat, we curate culture with care — and we want you to love what you receive. Below is our return policy to help you shop with confidence.

Apparel Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, minus original shipping fees.

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Art Sales

All art sales — including prints and originals — are final. Due to the collectible nature and limited availability of these works, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any art pieces.

If your art arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Limited Drops and Collaborations

All limited-edition drops, artist collaborations, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
