Compensation: $100-500/hr, paid per session (USD or RMB at prevailing exchange rate)
What you'll own
Conduct one-on-one mock interviews with students and score/evaluate them against given criteria. Track each student's mock interview performance and compile summary reports. Provide interview coaching and training. Provide domain-specific professional training.
What makes a good fit
3+ years of experience in PM, Software Engineering, QA/Testing, MLE, Data, UI/UX, or UX Research. Currently employed at a Fortune 500 company. Strong English communication skills. Based in the U.S. Flexible schedule — compensation is per session, with alternative per-activity payment structures negotiable.
