They've raised an oversubscribed Series A, established a repeatable sales motion, and onboarded 100+ customers including Logitech, Genpact, Proofpoint, Gusto, and BloomEnergy. Now they need a Head of Product to sit at the executive table and own the roadmap at a genuine inflection point.

What you'll own
- Product strategy & vision — Define and evolve the roadmap in alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities in legal tech and AI
- Cross-functional leadership — Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, CS, and Marketing to deliver high-impact features
- AI-first product development — Lead AI-powered capabilities including intake automation, agent workflows, contract review, and generative AI features
- Customer insight — Develop deep fluency with the ICP (in-house legal teams, GCs, legal ops leaders), synthesizing feedback and usage data into prioritized decisions
- Management & coaching — Build and grow a world-class product team post-Series A
- Executive presence — Contribute to company strategy, fundraising narratives, and investor communications
What makes a good fit
- 7+ years in product management, most recently at an early-stage startup
- 2–3+ years in a senior or lead PM role at a B2B SaaS or AI company
- Track record shipping impactful products in a fast-paced environment (Series A–C preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products or workflow automation platforms
- Strong product intuition — can move between big-picture strategy and granular execution
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building — this is still a hands-on role
- Legal tech or compliance tooling familiarity is a plus, not a requirement
