Core Product Lead at Supabase

Supabase is hiring a Core Product Lead to own product strategy across Core — Postgres, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and the platform substrate they all run on. 7,000,000+ developers build on these products, from indie hackers to enterprises running production workloads in regulated industries.

  • Company: Supabase
  • Location: Remote — worldwide (fully remote; optional co-working allowance)
  • Compensation: Not disclosed
  • Type: Full-time
  • Closes: July 11, 2026

About the role

You'll manage the PMs who run each Core product, set the bets that decide what Core becomes over the next 12–18 months, and make the cross-product calls no individual PM can. The hardest prioritization in Core sits between products: what Auth ships affects Databases, and what Realtime needs from Postgres shapes the database roadmap.

Supabase is a 280+ person, globally distributed company that has raised $500M. It works async by default, makes decisions in writing, runs teams through written artifacts, and moves things forward without filling the calendar with meetings.

What you'll do

  • Build and develop the Core PM team across Platform, Databases, Auth, Storage, Functions, and Realtime
  • Decide where the bets are and how the products reinforce each other, defending that agenda with the founders and engineering leads
  • Make the cross-product prioritization calls that affect multiple teams
  • Coach PM team members on strategy and execution
  • Represent Core in leadership — be the person who can speak to the state of every Core product in a board meeting, customer escalation, or strategy review

Your profile

  • 8+ years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure
  • Prior experience managing product managers at Director level or equivalent
  • Shipped products in the Postgres, database, or infrastructure space
  • Technical proficiency to engage with architecture and distributed systems
  • Comfort with asynchronous work and AI tools for productivity; bias toward speed and shipping
