About the role
Composer sits at the center of Klaviyo's strategy to define the future of AI-native marketing. As Lead Product Manager, AI, you'll own the strategy and execution for Native Composer — defining how marketers interact with AI across Klaviyo's product ecosystem by combining conversational interfaces, sub-agents, and workflow automation into a single coherent experience.
What you'll do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Native Composer.
- Own the end-to-end in-app AI assistant experience, including conversational UX and sub-agent orchestration.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate marketer workflows into scalable agentic experiences.
- Define the contribution framework for skills and agents across 7+ contributing teams.
- Drive convergence between Native Composer and Standalone Composer, and improve the reliability, usability, and effectiveness of AI-powered workflows.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales on positioning and go-to-market, and engage directly with customers to understand workflows and adoption drivers.
- Define and track key product and operational metrics, and communicate strategy and priorities to stakeholders.
Your profile
- 7–10+ years of product management experience with technically complex or platform-oriented products.
- Experience building AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or agentic experiences.
- Strong technical depth partnering with engineers on systems architecture and scalability, with a track record building customer-facing products on sophisticated backend systems.
- Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong customer empathy, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
- Marketing technology, SaaS, productivity tooling, AI copilot experience, or familiarity with evaluation systems and LLM-powered experiences is a plus.
