About the role

Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you'll own clinical data integration and EHR infrastructure at Galileo, working at the intersection of clinical needs and technical execution. You'll manage clinical data flows, identify integration gaps, and collaborate across clinical, engineering, and executive teams to ship interoperability that clinicians can rely on.

What you'll do

  • Develop and steward the clinical data and interoperability strategy across stakeholders.
  • Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure alongside engineering teams.
  • Own the EHR integration roadmap and drive execution from specification to production.
  • Manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate responsible AI use in clinical products, with a focus on safety and reliability.
  • Partner with clinical operations so product decisions reflect actual clinician workflows, and drive cross-functional alignment through organizational change.

Your profile

  • 8+ years of healthcare technology product management; 4+ years in clinical data, EHR integration, or interoperability.
  • Demonstrated ownership of shipped interoperability or clinical data strategy.
  • Hands-on EHR experience from a product or integration perspective.
  • Working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and clinical data standards.
  • Experience managing enterprise clinical tooling at scale, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
