About the role

Turo's product managers guide the process of researching, prioritizing, building, and shipping consumer products that further Turo's mission of reinventing rental. In this role you'll build the tools and experiences that help hosts grow their businesses, manage their vehicles efficiently, and deliver delightful trips to guests.

What you'll do

  • Work with customers and the research, analytics, operations, and marketing teams to understand and synthesize host needs into product priorities, roadmaps, and detailed specs.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing to execute on your roadmap and ship outstanding products for hosts.
  • Own product decisions that directly impact the growth of Turo and its hosts and guests.
  • Define and own key metrics, and report on the performance of product initiatives to leadership.
  • Become a trusted advocate and resource for host product initiatives.

Your profile

  • 6+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams to prioritize, build, and ship high-quality software experiences.
  • Outstanding judgment and self-direction, with the ability to drive major initiatives and create impact autonomously.
  • Ability to align diverse perspectives, manage competing priorities, and drive consensus across stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative inputs to define business metrics and assess impact.
  • Clear articulation of product strategy, tradeoffs, and decisions to influence partners at all levels.
  • Humble, low-ego teammate focused on shipping what's best for customers.
