BeatStars is hiring a Marketing Engineer to build the marketing operating system behind its biggest launches — a hands-on builder seat reporting directly to the CEO, where strategy turns into shipped, measurable systems at scale.
- Company: BeatStars
- Location: Remote — Global
- Compensation: $230,000 to $257,000
- Type: Remote, Full-time
- Closes: July 3, 2026
About the role
After several rounds of the traditional VP/Director-led marketing model, BeatStars decided that at its current stage it needs builders, not strategists. Brand voice, creative direction, and major GTM strategy stay with the CEO; this role owns the systems, automation, and execution that turn that strategy into shipped work. It is explicitly a hands-on seat — not a strategy or management track — for someone who has personally configured lifecycle stacks, shipped paid campaigns, and written code to make marketing run. With BeatStars Projects, BeatStars Rights, a platform revamp, and the BeatStars AI Generative Studio on the horizon, this is the operator who converts founder-led strategy into automated workflows and measurable output.
What you'll do
- Own and build the marketing operating system that turns founder-led strategy into shipped, measurable work
- Configure the lifecycle and automation stack personally, end to end
- Ship paid campaigns directly rather than briefing a team to run them
- Write SQL and Python to power marketing automation and reporting
- Use AI tools to scale the output of a small team
- Support major launches — BeatStars Projects, BeatStars Rights, the platform revamp, and the AI Generative Studio
Your profile
- A hands-on builder, not a manager — if you've spent your career running teams that did this work, this isn't the role
- Has personally configured lifecycle marketing stacks
- Has shipped paid campaigns directly
- Writes SQL and Python for marketing automation
- Fluent with AI tools to scale a small team's output
- Comfortable reporting directly to a CEO in a flat structure
