Jordan Brand's collaboration with Mowalola arrives on September 18, 2026 at international retailers and September 25, 2026 in the United States through Nike SNKRS and select Jordan Brand accounts. The release is a two-shoe pack: a standard Air Jordan 14 in Black/Burnt Red-Metallic Gold, style code IQ5708-001, at $255, and an open-back Air Jordan 14 Mule in Black/Metallic Silver-Burnt Red, style code IR0908-001, at $180. Both pairs are offered in unisex sizing.

What the two shoes look like

The sneaker is built on a suede upper with distressed detailing, finished in a weathered burnt red. The midsole is black with a glossy, patent-style finish, and the lower panels carry Mowalola's script signature. The Jumpman appears on the tongue and heel alongside the silhouette's Ferrari-inspired shield on the lateral side. A faded plaid pattern runs around the rear of the shoe, and a red-on-black plaid repeats on the inner lining.

The mule is the same upper with the heel cut away, converting a basketball silhouette into a slip-on. SiteSupply lists the two shoes together as the Mowalola x Air Jordan 14 "Black Pack."

An apparel collection ships alongside the footwear. Per Hypebeast, it includes a mesh black-and-red plaid tracksuit with a red Jumpman, a red bar across the chest, No. 23 references, and "Mowalola Jordan" branding on the cuff. SneakerFiles lists leather and track jackets, track pants, halter tops, mini shorts, knit tights, tank tops and shirts in the range.

Who Mowalola Ogunlesi is

Mowalola is the eponymous label of designer Mowalola Ogunlesi, born in Lagos in 1994 and based in London. She showed her first collection at the Central Saint Martins graduation press show in 2017, entered the Fashion East mentorship programme after leaving the school's MA course, and made her London Fashion Week debut in 2019. On June 26, 2020, she was named design director of Yeezy Gap on the day that ten-year partnership was announced. This is her first footwear collaboration with Jordan Brand.

The pack was first shown during Paris Fashion Week. The mule was unveiled on June 23, 2026, and both styles were displayed on June 25 at 34 Rue de Turbigo in Paris. Retailer images followed in September ahead of the release date.

The Air Jordan 14's lineage

The Air Jordan 14 debuted in 1998, designed by Tinker Hatfield during Michael Jordan's final season with the Chicago Bulls — the shoe he wore for the last shot against Utah in Game 6 of that year's Finals. Its design language was taken from Jordan's Ferrari 550 Maranello: the shield badge on the ankle stands in for the Ferrari crest, and the flared, low-cut midsole was drawn from the car's body. The silhouette carries Zoom Air in both the forefoot and heel over a Phylon midsole. Uristocrat covered the silhouette's fourth "Black Toe" retro in 2024.

The Air Jordan 14 has had far fewer designer collaborations than the Air Jordan 1, 3 or 4.
