The Nike Air Foamposite Pro "Gym Red" returns Friday, May 29, 2026 at $240, style code HF0794-600. It's the second major Foamposite release of the month and the pair's first reissue since 2015.
The shoe
The build is faithful to the original: a glossy candy-apple-red polyurethane Foamposite shell with a snakeskin-textured eyestay, a large TPU Swoosh, a two-tone black-and-red carbon-fiber support shank, and black rubber traction pods on the outsole. The Bulls-coded color story makes it the most overtly basketball-rooted Foamposite in years — and one of the most retail-ready, given that the original 2015 release was the kind of pair that triggered eBay alerts for a decade after.
Why now
Nike's 2025 Foamposite retro pass landed harder than anyone in the brand expected, which set up a year of strategic reissues in 2026. The Foam Pro "Voltage" earlier this month tested the appetite (HF0794-002, the OG-coded Voltage Red colorway, sold through quickly), and "Gym Red" is the bigger swing. Same $240 price, same Pro silhouette, much wider Bulls-fan TAM. Men's sizes in particular will be a fight at retail. The run continues in August, when the Foamposite Pro "Green Camo" returns August 14 at $260 in its first retro since 2013.

The drop
SNKRS at 10 AM ET, with stock at Foot Locker, Finish Line, Hibbett, and Shiekh. The Foamposite collector base remains one of the most loyal in sneakers — the kind of release where SNKRS will be tight in 10–13 and resale will hold above retail through summer.
