Nike has officially unveiled its One Piece collaboration: three Air Max Plus colorways and a matching apparel and accessories range, each pair themed to one of the manga's Devil Fruits. All three retail for $180, and the full collection reaches SNKRS globally on September 25, 2026.
The three shoes take their names and palettes from the Gomu Gomu no Mi, the Mera Mera no Mi, and the Ope Ope no Mi.
- Gomu Gomu no Mi (IR0968-500) — Space Purple/Atomic Green-Purple Venom-Altitude Green-Light Lemon Twist-Sport Red
- Mera Mera no Mi (IW1283-800) — Brilliant Orange/Healing Jade-Kumquat-Vibrant Yellow-Solar Flare-Enamel
- Ope Ope no Mi (IW1282-600) — Very Berry/Green Quartz-Sport Red-Jade Aura-Fortress
The rollout is staggered rather than simultaneous. The Gomu Gomu pair arrives first at the Tokyo pop-up on September 4. Mera Mera follows at select retailers on September 12, and Ope Ope on September 19. September 25 is the global collection launch date on SNKRS, with a US pre-order listed for the Gomu Gomu no Mi; Sole Retriever lists no SNKRS release for the Ope Ope no Mi, which reaches the United States and Europe through pop-ups only.
Nike built the uppers specifically for the collaboration rather than recoloring the standard Air Max Plus: each pair uses a completely retooled upper pattern keyed to its Devil Fruit's ability. A Nike-designed version of Monkey D. Luffy's Jolly Roger — the straw-hatted skull with the Swoosh worked into it — sits on the tongue.
The apparel runs alongside the footwear: T-shirts, hats, and jerseys, with the jersey and cap silhouettes pulled from the Nike archive and the T-shirt graphics reimagining vintage Nike ads as manga illustrations. A vest carries the Nike-branded Jolly Roger emblem. Nike By You customization is offered in select regions.
Availability is split by market and by pair. Sole Retriever lists the Mera Mera no Mi at select retailers in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Mexico, and the Gomu Gomu no Mi as a standard release in China, Mexico, and Australia with exclusive access in Korea on September 25. The United States and Europe are served through pop-ups. The pop-up calendar opens September 4 through 6 in Tokyo, expands September 12 to Hong Kong, Jakarta, Mexico City, Seoul, Shanghai, Taipei, and Umeda, then on September 19 to Amsterdam, Dallas, Decatur, Dusseldorf, Lawrenceville, London, Madrid, Milan, San Diego, Stockholm, and Washington, D.C. Sydney closes the run October 16 through 18.

Nike’s other 2026 Air Max collaborations include the Air Max Lost Samples pack, released for the line’s 40th anniversary, and the Ducks of a Feather x Air Max 1 Tokyo, which was limited to 300 pairs. The September 4 Tokyo pop-up date is shared with the FC Barcelona x Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro, which releases the same day at $200.
