This position shapes AWS's agentic user experience across the AWS Customer Experience organization, defining how intelligent agents change the way customers work with the cloud.
What you'll do
- Define multi-year product strategy for agentic experiences across AWS platforms
- Drive vision for trust models, permission boundaries, and governance frameworks
- Partner with UX design to ensure intuitive, trustworthy agent interactions
- Own experience consistency across the Management Console, CLI, IDE, and mobile
- Translate customer needs into product requirements with engineering and applied science teams
- Engage directly with customers to understand workflows and observe agent interactions
Your profile
- 8+ years of technical product management or engineering experience; 5+ years of technical experience (software/network development or IT)
- Proven delivery of large-scale SaaS/PaaS products through the full lifecycle
- Experience with AI/ML-powered or agent-based product experiences
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred: AWS services knowledge, LLM and autonomous workflow orchestration experience, developer tooling and infrastructure-as-code product experience, UX research expertise
