About the role
This position focuses on strategy and execution for Stripe Connect. The role involves devising product strategy, defining requirements, and overseeing high-impact initiatives serving modern marketplaces and software platforms.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the product roadmap for the Connect product, including the accounts and transaction APIs
- Steer product requirements and oversee execution for marketplace-focused initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and global teams
- Build and mentor your team on product requirement best practices
Your profile
- 3+ years managing product managers; 10+ years as a product manager
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives from conception to deployment
- Technical expertise (technical product leadership or computer science background)
- Track record building both new products and improving existing portfolios
- Strong user empathy and UX standards; excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferred: platform or marketplace product experience; paytech or fintech background
