You'll lead a Product Manager team while driving strategy for Dropbox Sign, balancing platform scalability, workflow automation, and growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop and mentor Product Managers in craft, strategy, and cross-functional leadership
  • Establish long-term product vision and roadmap balancing platform scalability, workflow automation, and growth
  • Build a product culture emphasizing customer empathy and data-driven decisions
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Legal, and Security teams
  • Manage multi-quarter initiatives from strategy through execution and iteration
  • Establish operational processes including roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks
  • Communicate strategy and business impact to executives and stakeholders

Your profile

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading Product Managers
  • Track record building high-performing PM teams in collaborative environments
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math, Statistics, or relevant experience
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Experience defining multi-quarter product strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Preferred: B2B SaaS or workflow automation leadership; end-to-end ownership of eSignature, document workflow, or enterprise productivity products
