About the role
You will serve as the subject matter expert for your problem domain while collaborating with design and engineering teams to establish product strategy and execution for PDQ Connect.
What you'll do
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify priority problems
- Translate research into product requirements and design specifications
- Partner with engineering on feasibility assessment and feature delivery
- Establish roadmaps and secure cross-functional alignment
- Develop metrics for measuring product health and adoption
- Contribute to product positioning and launch coordination
- Optimize internal development processes
Your profile
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping SaaS-based, customer-facing products end-to-end
- Design literacy with ability to provide feedback and prototype independently
- Experience leading more than one engineering team simultaneously
- IT background or RMM systems familiarity (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tooling/vibe coding
- Strong presentation skills
