Zillow is scaling agentic AI experiences across every product surface. The model-quality side is well-instrumented, but there's a gap on the experience side: how do you know an AI-powered interaction actually works for users before it hits production? This role owns that gap.
- Company: Zillow
- Location: Remote — US
- Compensation: $148,600–$237,400
- Type: Full-time
- Closes: July 10, 2026
About the role
This is a builder role on a UX Research team — not a researcher. You'd set the standard for how Zillow learns before it ships: define when and how AI-powered experiences should be tested, then build the systems and platforms that make that repeatable, partnering across engineering, design, research, and product. It's a first-of-its-kind role with a lot of room to define the path.
You might be a fit if
- You've built and owned something end-to-end — a tool, workflow, or system that other people used without you
- You have enough technical fluency to partner with engineers and understand how systems connect
- You're energized by undefined problem spaces where you get to define the path
- You think critically about how to evaluate AI experiences, not just build them
Posted on the Uristocrat job board. Closes July 10, 2026.
