What you'll do
- Develop product strategy and multi-year roadmap alignment for the payroll platform
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Design and implement integration solutions using PECI, PICOF, and Studio
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through deployment
- Leverage Workday analytics for performance monitoring and optimization
- Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Champion continuous improvement and drive feature adoption through training and documentation
Your profile
- 7+ years of Workday Payroll configuration and integration experience
- Deep payroll domain knowledge (GL, paycodes, taxes)
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities; Agile experience
- US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required
