Okta is hiring a Staff Product Analyst to lead product-led optimization of its global Workday Payroll platform — owning the end-to-end lifecycle of its payroll systems from strategic discovery and design to global deployment, while serving as a consultant to People, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams.

What you'll do

  • Develop product strategy and multi-year roadmap alignment for the payroll platform
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Design and implement integration solutions using PECI, PICOF, and Studio
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through deployment
  • Leverage Workday analytics for performance monitoring and optimization
  • Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations
  • Champion continuous improvement and drive feature adoption through training and documentation

Your profile

  • 7+ years of Workday Payroll configuration and integration experience
  • Deep payroll domain knowledge (GL, paycodes, taxes)
  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities; Agile experience
  • US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required
