What you'll do
- Run transformation programs with real teams, from mapping how work gets done to making sure solutions don't die on the vine
- Lead AI and technology education and literacy programs
- Perform discovery for and design workflow automation
- Evaluate AI tools and know which ones are worth building vs. which ones just demo well
- Keep up with AI experimentation as a core part of your work
- Navigate 72-hour deadlines and fast-moving stakeholder environments
Your profile
- Experience getting real teams to actually change how they work with AI
- Comfortable building with duct tape while executives ask why it's not done yet
- Can cut through tech industry hype with practical, grounded judgment
- Agency experience helps but is not required
- Strong adaptability across training programs, workflow redesign, and tool evaluation
- Can explain what you did to people at all levels of technical literacy
