Technology
Anthropic is in talks to buy Israeli startup Decart for about $6 billion, Bloomberg reported. Decart builds software that makes AI chips run more efficiently, and the deal — not yet finalized — would be the largest in Anthropic's history. Anthropic confirmed a confidential draft S-1 with the SEC on June 1; a Nasdaq listing could follow as early as October.
Separately, Nvidia disclosed a $21 billion stake in SpaceX in its second-quarter 13F filing.
