About the role
This role owns the full operational stack at Bedrock Robotics: supply chain, manufacturing operations, fleet and field operations, test site operations, and customer deployments. You will build and lead large teams of both full-time employees and contractors as the company scales rapidly.

- Build scalable processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Drive operational metrics, KPIs, budgets, and performance optimization
- Build and lead large teams of full-time employees and contractors
- Set strategy while staying hands-on with execution
Your profile
- 10-15+ years leading operations in complex, distributed environments
- Background in robotics/autonomy (AV, drones, industrial robotics), defense/military operations, IoT, or other large-scale field technology deployments
- Experience scaling operations through rapid growth and increasing complexity
- Strong customer-facing B2B operations experience
- Proven systems thinker who can build scalable processes in ambiguous environments
- Deep experience with operational metrics, KPIs, budgets, and performance optimization
- Has built and led large teams of both full-time employees and contractors
- Equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with execution
