That is the third-biggest domestic second weekend ever, behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens at $149 million and Avengers: Endgame at $147 million, and it puts the film at $655 million domestic through ten days — the highest 10-day domestic total in box office history. The film has also passed $1 billion internationally.
Second place went to The Odyssey with $31.5 million across 3,603 theaters, per Box Office Mojo. One Night Only opened to $5.7 million in 3,012 theaters, Super Troopers 3 took $4 million, and Toy Story 5 added $3.9 million. Spider-Man's $145 million is more than three times the $45.1 million combined gross of the four titles behind it.

Cloudflare launched Kitesurf, a cloud-hosted browser built for AI agents rather than people. It ships without themes, tabs, or extensions. Cloudflare says it started the project 12 weeks ago and runs it entirely on Workers, its serverless platform. In the company's own benchmarks, Kitesurf used 3.1 to 3.8 times less CPU and 4.7 to seven times less memory than Chromium, while taking 1.7 to 1.8 times longer to finish the same tasks. It is free during beta.
It is the same company that in May cut 1,100 jobs, 20% of its workforce, in a quarter revenue grew 34% to $639.8 million, with CEO Matthew Prince naming the agentic AI era as the reason.
