Ten MLB games and three WNBA games fill the board Thursday. No NBA, NFL, NHL, or World Cup action tonight, so it's baseball and basketball top to bottom, and the Mariners-Dodgers finale at Dodger Stadium has the most on the line.
Marquee: Seattle Mariners at Los Angeles Dodgers (10:10 PM ET, MLB Network/Sportsnet LA/Mariners.TV)
Seattle and LA split the first two games of this series, the Mariners won 7-6 Tuesday, the Dodgers answered 4-2 Wednesday, so tonight's rubber match closes it out four days before Monday's 6 PM ET trade deadline. Roki Sasaki takes the mound for the Dodgers riding his best stretch of the season: a 1.93 ERA with 19 strikeouts against four walks over his last three starts, including nine punchouts in seven innings against the Mets last Friday. Bryan Woo (7-7, 4.37 ERA) starts for a Mariners team that, per the Spokesman-Review, is increasingly likely to trade one of its own starters, Logan Gilbert, George Kirby, or Woo himself, before the deadline hits.
Vegas line: Dodgers -156 (Mariners +129), run line Dodgers -1.5 (+135), total 8.5. Odds via ESPN.
