July is when Jordan Brand talks basketball again. The Triangle, a new on-court performance model, launched July 2 in three day-one colorways at $145, pairing ZoomX and Air Zoom cushioning in a build aimed at hoopers rather than collectors. adidas and the collaborations
adidas ran its July through partners. Pharrell's Jellyfish "Triple White" (July 15, $300) is the priciest adidas of the month, the DON Issue 8 "Spida-Man" (July 17, $120) is the cheapest signature basketball shoe on the calendar, and Bad Bunny's F50 Ghost Sprint "Solar Slime" (July 18, $160) puts a spiderweb soccer upper on a track sole. Sp5der's F50 Formotion ($190) and The Whitaker Group's EVO SL "Neon Lights" ($170) opened the month. Jalen Brunson's Kobe 5 Protro "NY vs NY" PE now has a date — July 31, $190 — and the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 "HBCU Swingman Classic" (July 10, $180) was the season's sharpest cultural nod.
